Plurk accuses Microsoft China of ripping off its design and code to create its Juku microblogging service.

Microsoft said on Tuesday that a blogging application posted to its MSN China site did in fact copy code from a rival.
Microblogging site Plurk lashed out at Microsoft on Monday saying that the Juku application stole its user interface and code. Microsoft said on Monday that it was investigating the matter and suspended the Juku service on Monday night.

By now, we all know that you can hardly keep an unannounced gadget from the prying eyes of the Internet. Yesterday, reports of an upcoming Samsung point-and-shoot, the ST5500, was spotted on the US Federal Communications Commission's Web site. Its supposed specifications include a 14.2-megapixel image sensor, 7x optical zoom, 100MB of internal memory with support for microSD/SDHC cards, 720p video capture mode and a 3.5-inch touchscreen. Like its predecessor, the
ST1000, the new snapper boasts a variety of connectivity options such as Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and GPS.
