CES
At the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in Las Vegas this week, LG unveiled its LCD displays for the US market in 2009, among them a full-HD 23-inch TV (M237WD) with built-in ATSC tuner (for digital broadcasts in the US) and remote control. Also on display were its new 53-series panels which are available in 19- to 27-inch screen sizes. These will come with HDMI input, Cinema Mode and an Intelligent Sensor which adjusts the pictures based on room lighting conditions.

The company's latest USB monitor offering, the 22-inch L226WU-PF, also debuted with Multilink technology which allows up to six monitors to be connected via USB.

LG was unable to confirm availability of the new monitors for Asia. You can get our coverage on LG's other showcase products at CES here.
