One thing that bugs us when it comes to the Xbox 360 is its bazaar array of external accessories, such as its memory unit addon, snap-on Wi-Fi adapter and wired USB game controllers. While Microsoft defends this design by touting "more user choices", they do clutter up the console and give it a Christmas tree-like outlook. Nonetheless, the Redmond company is upgrading the Xbox 360 Arcade with 256MB internal memory for storing game data. That's one less eyesore to tackle and a big step toward a tidier console.
We're still awaiting confirmation on the Asia availability of the stepped-up Arcade package and will update once this information trickles in.
