Just 10 more days to go before the
iPhone 3G will be available in Hong Kong, one of the four countries including Australia, Japan and New Zealand that are getting the handset come July 11.
According to a
Dow Jones report, Hutchison Telecommunications will introduce two price plans for the iPhone 3G. The first option allows users to purchase the 8GB model for HK$2,938 (US$376) if they subscribe to a 500MB (monthly) combined data and voice plan for two years at HK$188 (US$24) per month.
The second option is to sign up for an unlimited data plan at HK$498 (US$63) per month for two years. In this case, the 8GB iPhone 3G comes free for the subscriber.
