Service provider StarHub today announced that it will be launching the fastest two-way HSPA (High-speed Packet Access) service in Singapore. The company also claims that it is the first operator to launch High-Speed Uplink Packet Access (HSUPA) in Southeast Asia.
StarHub's announcement comes two months after rival mobile operator
SingTel rolled out its HSDPA network in selected areas of the island-state.
