Live: Samsung YP-K3 speakers sighted

As much as Samsung promised, the slide-in speakers works as advertised. But it adds a fair bit of bulk to the anorexic YP-K3. There's a mute slide on the back of the speakers for emergency muting, but the deal breaker here is the sound quality. How was it? Well, we think we love the fatter YP-K5's audio quality. However, after seeing a CNET.co.uk colleague's heavily scratched-up YP-K3, this speaker encasing may be a wonderful tool for pulling double duty while belting out some tunes.
