LG to Shine in gold?

LG showcased its Shine slider in silver at its recent launch in Korea, but it seems a gold version of the sleek handset could well be in the pipeline. This phone prototype was spotted by CNET Asia during a tour of the company's design center in Seoul. However, don't get your hopes too high yet as LG has not confirmed if the gold LG Shine will ever make its way to Asia.

Meanwhile, LG has also announced that it will be launching its third Black Label series handsets before the end of 2007. No details have been released for the new fashion lineup. The Chocolate and the Shine are the first and second series in the Black Label product portfolio.
