Spending money on a Webcam may not be justified for those who do video calls once in a long while. Ateksoft WebCamera Plus 1.05 could be the answer to that, an application for Windows Mobile devices that turns the handheld's camera into a Webcam. Desktop programs supported include popular ones like Skype, MSN Messenger and Yahoo Messenger. This isn't freeware, but at US$19.90, it is still significantly cheaper than a dedicated Webcam.
