Touted as the successor to the
Nokia 770, the new N800 Internet Tablet is expected to be showcased at the upcoming CES show. While there has not been any official announcement of the N800 so far, images of the device as well as box shots have already been posted on
flickr and several enthusiast sites.
According to various sources on the Web, the N800 will be powered by a 320MHz processor with 128MB of RAM and 256MB of flash ROM memory. It will also sport a 4.1-inch touchscreen display capable of 800 x 480-pixel resolution, an integrated digital camera, Bluetooth and Wi-Fi connectivity, and dual SD card slots.
