The Finnish company's
refreshed L'Amour lineup, announced two months back, has at last set sail for this part of Asia. In Singapore, we're told the phones will be available from November 25, Saturday. The handsets were first launched regionally in Ho Chin Minh, Vietnam, on the 6th September 2006.
The new threesome remain true to the "nouveau-ethnic" feel of the
original collection launched in 2005 for the style-conscious crowd. Design-wise, the latest additions have gone with the elemental flow and inspiration of the Middle East and Africa.
As a quick update, the
7390 flip phone was crafted for those anticipating Nokia's first 3G fashion phone, With a multimedia feature set that includes a 3-megapixel camera with autofocus and flash, FM radio, MP3 player and MP4 video player, and microSD card slot, it's no wonder this has been tagged at a premium S$748 (without contract).
Nokia's also catered to the midrange segment, pricing the
7373 swivel handset with its 2-megapixel camera and FM radio at S$558 (US$393.93) (without line). The
7360 candy bar is clearly a budget offering at S$388 (US$273.91) (without plan) with its VGA camera and video recorder. This last sibling comes in a choice of powder pink or bronze black.
