Yet another phone kiosk from Taiwan's Tonga Telecommunication Industry that's anything but run-of-the-mill. This one should stretch those coins you've fed into the box, thanks to the calls being made over VoIP. A pity, though, that this little phone terminal isn't geared for video calls.
