If you've ever played the home edition of the arcade game
Dance Dance Revolution, the Super Arena II begs not to differ, by much. Using sensors you attach to all four limbs (they're clearly labelled in English despite being distributed by China-based Jetion), the gameplay is complete once you step onto a touch-sensitive mat. This mirrors an actual gamepad with your feet acting in place of your thumbs and fingers, and is hooked up to a console and TV screen. It isn't clear if you can purchase additional game CDs, but the one we saw demo'd at CeBIT was a wrestling game, with the volunteer working up a good sweat K.O.ing his virtual opponent. There's also Soccer Arena if you fancy prepping for the World Cup in June.

This aptly named security device delivers quite a bite, though fortunately for would-be bag snatchers, it's more shocking than lethal. An onboard motion sensor, which you can arm or disarm via the keys, detects when a protected item is touched. Someone tries to slip off with your laptop while you're buying your much-needed Latte at Starbucks, and you can bet it'll attract attention--lots of it. In an emergency, a pull pin at the top of the device lets you tug it off to activate the alarm in a jiffy. Nice, doggie, good doggie.
