Just when you thought Motorola had all the colors covered for its RAZR clamshells, the US-based mobile maker has unveiled yet another hue--in gold metallic finish this time--for the
upcoming V3i. Partnering with fashion label Dolce & Gabbana (D&G), Motorola will be releasing only 1,000 units of the limited-edition gold Razr V3i in D&G boutiques worldwide.
Modeled after the
original V3, the V3i offers the same sleek form factor and cool metallic finish that have made the RAZR one of the hottest handsets in the market today. Features include quadband GSM technology, Bluetooth connecitivity, an upgraded 1.23-megapixel camera, microSD memory slot and MPEG-4 video capture. The V3i is expected to come with either iTunes music software or Motorola's Digital Audio Music Player. Unfortunately, the mobile manufacturer was unable to provide price or availability details. Nor were official images for the gold RAZR available at press time.
