Siemens' DVB-H (digital video broadcast, handhelds) concept device was probably lost amidst the enormous halls of the recently concluded CeBIT fair in Hannover. For the lucky few who did stop at its booth, the cool factor was revealed when Vodafone streamed live television onto this Linux-based cell phone which packs a digital TV receiver. Not only that, this sweet thing can record content
and time-shift. All in a sleek handheld device. Sad to say, DVB-H is being trialed only in Berlin, Helsinki and Pittsburgh, US, with additional trials being planned for Australia, France, and the UK.
