I goofed up in Dragon Age Origins
Nov 5, 2009 16:46I bought the game as soon as it came out. I THOUGHT that it was an RPG in the classic sense.
It is. But why make something like the good old days when you can do it better nowadays, I was wondering?
When I played the game it was a great experience. I even spent 45 minutes trying to make my elven mage girl character pretty. I got the prettiest one. I spent 7 hours playing the thing and leveled nicely. I flirted with the men and I was surprised I could do it in an RPG.
Today, a good friend sent me a link:
I realized I had goofed up big time. This was no mere RPG. It was made for boys and men. If you played as a woman, there's no real male model to have carnal relationships with, just a manufactured 3D character, and one that's not based on a real model.
So blast it, I have to start over! Before some male character in the game lays himself onto my female avatar, which I suspect is going to be soon, because it isn't stopping at mere flirting.

Nope!! Keep playing with your female elf if you want. TRUST me, there's plenty of luvvin' for the ladies in BioWare games...and not always with the boys.
